Telangana CM Unveils Brochure of 3rd IGBC Green Property Show 2026

Hyderabad, Apr 9 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Thursday unveiled the brochure for the third edition of the IGBC Green Property Show 2026, reinforcing the State Government’s commitment towards a net-zero and sustainable future.
The CII Indian Green Building Council, in partnership with the Telangana Government, will organise the third edition of the IGBC Green Property Show 2026 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre from May 22 to 24, 2026, with the theme “Better Homes for You!”
The event will showcase IGBC-certified and pre-certified green projects making an impact on Telangana’s sustainable development goals.
The Chief Minister was joined on the occasion by Telangana Principal Secretary (Education) Dr. Yogita Rana, Director of Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited and Chairperson of Sudha Reddy Foundation Sudha Reddy, Founder of Ramky Foundation A. Dakshayani, and IGBC National Chairman C. Shekhar Reddy.
The event aims to promote awareness of green building practices, encourage sustainable living and drive investments in eco-friendly developments.
The exhibition will feature IGBC-certified and pre-certified green residential and commercial projects contributing to the State’s sustainability goals.
Apart from property showcases, the event will also present a curated range of eco-friendly products, technologies and services aimed at making sustainable living more accessible and practical.
Speaking on the occasion, Shekhar Reddy said the platform will bring together developers, homebuyers and industry stakeholders to showcase innovations in green homes and infrastructure.
He thanked the Telangana Government for its continued support in strengthening the State’s leadership in sustainable urban development and invited citizens to experience the benefits of green buildings, including healthier living, lower operating costs and long-term environmental gains.
