New Delhi, Aug 7 (UNI) One third of Nifty 100 companies, including prominent names such as Kotak, Cholamandalam, Titan, and Trent, are leveraging apna.co to meet their diverse hiring needs.
The platform has facilitated over 1,000 job applications daily in the past year, with 50% of these applications directed towards roles in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. Other sectors witnessing increased hiring include Automotive, Retail, Consumer Durables, and Information Technology.
Notably, nearly half of the job postings were for positions in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities like Jabalpur, Rajkot, Indore, and Lucknow. The key roles in demand include Financial Advisor, Field Sales Executive, Retail Store Manager, and Customer Support Executive.
The platform has also seen a notable increase in female participation, with 35% of job applications coming from women applying for roles such as Financial Consultant and Telesales Executive. This rise in female workforce participation aligns with the Periodic Labour Force Survey, which recorded an increase from 23.3% in 2017 to 37% in 2023.
Young job seekers with 0-6 months of experience have shown a keen interest in roles posted by Nifty companies, reflecting a significant engagement from this demographic.

By empowering top Nifty 100 companies and driving economic progress across Metros, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, we are paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive future.
