TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts Q2FY26 standalonealone PAT posts at Rs 23.5 Cr

Hyderabad, Nov 3 (UNI) TajGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd., the joint venture between Indian Hotels Company (IHC) and the Hyderabad-based GVK Group, today reported a standalone Profit After Tax (PAT ) of Rs 23.5 crore for the second quarter ending September 30,2025 against Rs 20 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year.
The company’s standalone revenue during the period stood Rs 109 crore as against Rs 107 crore in the corresponding period in previous year.
Commenting on the results, Dr. GVK Reddy, Chairman TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd said, “The company demonstrated a strong H1 FY2026 with a double-digit revenue growth, an EBITDA margin of 37 per cent, and an all-a PAT of Rs 60 crores.”
“The second half of the fiscal will continue to experience demand buoyancy in the traditionally strong quarters ahead. The greenfield 256-key project Taj Yelahanka located at north Bengaluru is in advanced stages of completion and is expected to open in the coming months,” he added.
Greenwoods Palaces & Resorts Private Limited – a JV company which operates Taj Santacruz, Mumbai, reported a revenue of Rs 50 crores with an EBITDA of Rs 18 crores in Q2 FY2026 and a revenue of Rs 105 crores with an EBITDA of Rs 38 crores in H1 FY2026.
IHCL’s iconic brand Taj is ranked as India’s Strongest Brand 2025 and World’s Strongest Hotel Brand 2025 as per Brand Finance - UK. TAJGVK has five Taj branded hotels in its portfolio.
Operating agreement was executed with IHCL for the upcoming 256-key Taj hotel in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
TAJGVK has a portfolio of five hotels that includes Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, Taj Deccan, Hyderabad, Taj Club House, Chennai, Taj Chandigarh and Vivanta Hyderabad, Begumpet.
