Netradyne partners with Eminent Transit

Bengaluru, Apr 29 (UNI) AI-powered fleet safety solutions provider Netradyne on Tuesday said it expects to achieve profitability within this calendar year, even as it announced a strategic partnership with corporate transport leader Eminent Transit to scale adoption of its advanced safety technology across India.
“We have invested the funding we raised into growth and we continue to do that. Having said that, we believe we will meet profitability in this calendar year or earlier,” Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President (EMEA and APAC) Netradyne, told reporters here. "This is our 10th year since we were founded in 2015."
As part of its expansion in India, Netradyne has joined hands with Eminent Transit, which serves over 70 corporates in 160 cities nationwide. The partnership will see deployment of Netradyne’s flagship ‘Driver•i’ technology — a fleet camera system that analyses 100 percent of driving time — to enhance safety, efficiency and passenger comfort, particularly for women travelling at night.
"Deployment of Netradyne's technology not only enhances the safety and reliability of our services, but also offers vital protection for women employees," said Ravi Kiran, CEO of Eminent Transit.
Welcoming the partnership, Nedungadi added: "Eminent Transit is known for delivering premium travel experiences. With our AI-powered ‘Driver•i’ technology, we’re enabling safer, smoother, and more secure rides.”
Founded in 2015, Netradyne currently operates in 10 countries and has plans to expand its commercial footprint to 15 by the end of 2026. Japan and Spain are slated for launch in 2025, followed by Ireland, France and Italy in 2026.
The company operates through key offices in Bengaluru, San Diego (USA HQ) and San Francisco, and employs over 650 people in India and 850 globally.
The company became a unicorn earlier this year after raising USD 90 million in its Series D funding round at a valuation of USD 1.34 billion. Its solutions are used in more than 450,000 vehicles across the globe.
In India, Netradyne’s technology is deployed by over 70 organisations, including Shell, Indian Oil Skytanking, Writer Safeguard, and Greenline.
Netradyne is also working closely with government bodies such as NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Road Transport on initiatives such as driver drowsiness detection and AI-led road safety.
