Need to integrate all technologies in food chain: Vemuri

Hyderabad, Apr 29 (UNI) Leading agri-scientist Vemuri Chowdary on Tuesday said that under Agriculture 4.0 there is a need to integrate all technologies in the food chain.
Chowdary, Group Director – Agri Sciences & Applications, National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), ISRO, while addressing the inaugural session of Agri Vision 2025,said precision agriculture is predominantly for high-value commercial crops, and it would help in reducing the cost and increasing the yields.
The third edition of the conference with the theme “Digital Agriculture for Enhancing Productivity and Sustainability” was organised by CII Telangana here.
