Delhi govt welfare initiatives mark PM Modi's birthday

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) A series of welfare and public-service initiatives, including workers' facilitation centres, organ and blood donation drives, marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday in the national capital on Thursday as the Delhi government observed the occasion under its month-long 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'.
