FIR against IAP office-bearer over alleged sexual exploitation

New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) An FIR has been registered against Dr Joji John, Joint Secretary (East Zone) of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP), following a complaint by a woman physiotherapist, who has demanded a fair and impartial investigation into her allegations. The case was registered at the IGI Airport Police Station under FIR No. 0241 and includes Sections 69, 75 and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
