Arti Bali New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) Australian Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen on Wednesday described India as an "indispensable voice" in global climate and energy policy, saying Australia would work closely with New Delhi to deliver practical outcomes at the upcoming COP31 summit.
