Delhi exempts ex-Agniveers from written, physical tests for prison jobs

New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) The Delhi government has exempted former Agniveers from written examinations, physical standard tests, physical efficiency tests and the Class 12 qualification requirement for direct recruitment to Warder and Matron posts in the Prison Department, according to a Gazette notification published on Saturday. The notification issued by the Home Department provides 20% horizontal reservation for ex-Agniveers in the two categories of posts.
