President amends Inter-State Council Order; Governors, LGs to attend meetings when President's Rule provisions are in force

New Delhi, Sep 18 (UNI) President Droupadi Murmu has amended the Inter-State Council Order, 1990, providing for Governors or Lieutenant Governors to be invited to meetings of the Council when President's Rule or specified corresponding constitutional or statutory provisions are in force in a state or the union Territories of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir.
