4.5-km long drain construction approved, to resolve waterlogging across four constituencies: Delhi CM

New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) The Expenditure Finance Committee (EFC), chaired by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday, approved the construction of a new drain project, around 4.5 km long, along the railway line in the Kirari Assembly constituency, aimed at addressing water logging related issues. The project will cost Rs 263.45 crore. The Irrigation and Flood Control Department has set a target of completing the project by December next year.
