National Green Tribunal stays felling of trees

Nashik, Dec 12 (UNI) The National Green Tribunal has temperorily stayed the felling of trees in the Tapovan area of Nashik till January 15.
This stay is interim and an order has been issued to stop the felling of trees until the legal process is completed.
Lawyer Shriram Pingle today said that a petition was filed in the Green Tribunal against the felling of trees at Tapovan in Nashik. The Green Tribunal has stayed the felling of trees in Tapovan till January 15. This is not a final order but an interim order.
