Nafisa Ali shares powerful glimpse into her cancer journey, Embracing chemotherapy with positivity and grace

New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) Veteran actor Nafisa Ali continues to inspire with her remarkable strength as she battles stage 4 peritoneal and ovarian cancer.
Diagnosed in 2018, Nafisa recently offered another glimpse into her ongoing treatment, radiating positivity and resilience through every step.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Nafisa shared new photos of herself sporting a bald look—an effect of her ongoing chemotherapy.
Wearing a cheerful yellow gingham top paired with brown pants, she smiled warmly at the camera. Her caption was simple yet powerful, “Positive Power.”
Just days earlier, she had spoken candidly about her treatment and hair loss. Posting a photo of her comb filled with fallen strands, she wrote, “Here go my chemotherapy locks... Soon, I'll be bald.”
In another deeply touching post, Nafisa shared a series of photos and videos capturing an intimate family moment—her grandchildren gently helping her cut her hair as it began to fall out.
The post, filled with love and tenderness, was captioned, “Finally, my little grandchildren helped me with my hair fall.”
Nafisa was first diagnosed with stage 3 peritoneal and ovarian cancer in November 2018 and went into remission in 2019.
However, the actor recently revealed that the cancer has returned. As surgery is no longer an option, she has resumed chemotherapy.
Despite the challenges, Nafisa continues to face her health journey with immense courage, reminding everyone of the power of positivity, family, and inner strength.
