N Korean border military units receive 250 tactical ballistic missile launchers

Pyongyang, Aug 5 (UNI) A ceremony for handing over 250 launchers of new tactical ballistic missiles to border military units was held in North Korea with the participation of the country's leader Kim Jong Un, the state-run KCNA news agency reported on Monday.

"Demonstrating the indefinite development of the national defence capabilities and the great leaps forward in modernizing the powerful army ... a ceremony for transferring 250 new-type tactical ballistic missile launchers produced at major munitions industrial establishments to the frontier military units of the DPRK took place in the capital city of Pyongyang with splendor," the news agency said in a statement.
