Musk refutes reports on alleged monthly $45mln funding to Trump's reelection campaign

Washington, July 19 (UNI) US billionaire entrepreneur and X Corp. owner Elon Musk said on Friday that he did not pledge to provide monthly funding worth
45 million to support the election campaign of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
"This note is false. I have not pledged anything to anyone! I did create a PAC [political action committee] that is focused on supporting candidates who favor a meritocracy and personal freedom, but funding to date has been far below that level," Musk said on X.
