MP Congress accuses govt of negligence after CM’s cow remarks

Bhopal, Sep 12 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh's main opposition Congress today attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party government over Chief Minister Mohan Yadav's recent statement on the domestication of cows.
During his address in Shajapur district yesterday, Yadav said, “People domesticate dogs. What is in Congress leaders' homes? Dogs. We shall domesticate cows.”
Reacting on social media, state Congress President Jitu Patwari accused the government of negligence in looking after cattle. He said the state's cattle rearers know that the bovines are bearing the brunt of the regime's "false devotion" to them.

The attendees collectively chanted the Vedic mantra "Aham Hanmi Vritram Gavishtau" and pledged to protect cows.

JKSA briefs Parliamentary Panel on Home Affairs on student safety, reservation policy, unemployment
