More darshan time allotted to common devotees: TTD EO

Tirumala, Nov 7 (UNI) Asserting that among the available darshan time in a day, priority is given to common devotees only rather than the VIPs and ticket holders, said TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal. Even today, in the avialable Darshan time, over 70 percent time is allotted to common devotees. However, he said TTD Board has formed a committee to resolve the issues in various formats of darshan and ensure a hassle free darshan to the devotees.
Answering the pilgrim callers during the monthly Dial your EO program held at Annamayya Bhavan here today, Anil Kumar said, the tickets and tokens for Vaikuntha Ekadasi Dwara Darshan which is scheduled from December 30 to January 08 for ten days will be released after thoroughly verifying the possibilities of online and offline to avoid any inconvenience to the devotees, keeping in view the past experience.
"We are contemplating allocating tokens transparently and will inform the details soon once finalised", he maintained.
