Momoa & Bautista unleash ‘The Wrecking Crew’ trailer

Los Angeles, Jan 9 (UNI) The wait is over as the trailer for ‘The Wrecking Crew’, starring Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista, was released on Thursday.
The action-packed preview showcases Momoa and Bautista battling Yakuza members, racing through freeways in high-speed car chases, and narrowly escaping death amid explosive gunfights.
In one scene, Stephen Root’s character warns Bautista’s James, “I guarantee you’ll end up poking a bear that doesn’t want to be poked,” to which James replies, “Take my word for it when I tell you that I’m the bear,” according to Variety.
Directed by Angel Manuel Soto, ‘The Wrecking Crew’ also stars Claes Bang, Temuera Morrison, Jacob Batalon, Frankie Adams, Miyavi, Stephen Root and Morena Baccarin.
The official synopsis describes the film as an action comedy about two estranged half-brothers, Jonny (Momoa) and James (Bautista), who are forced to reunite following their father’s mysterious death.
As they investigate what really happened, long-buried secrets emerge and loyalties are tested, revealing a conspiracy that threatens to tear their family apart. Together, the brothers are prepared to destroy anything that stands in their way. ‘The Wrecking Crew’ begins streaming on Prime Video from January 28.
