Modi elevated India's global standing during 12-year tenure: Fadnavis

Mumbai, June 12 (UNI): Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 12-year tenure is significant not merely because of its duration but because it has enhanced India's stature and recognition across the world.
Congratulating Modi on becoming one of the longest-serving Prime Ministers, Fadnavis reviewed the achievements of the NDA government and highlighted the transformation witnessed in both India and Maharashtra under Modi's leadership. He asserted that the country has made historic progress in the fields of economy, social welfare, infrastructure and global diplomacy.
According to Fadnavis, Prime Minister Modi has received 32 international honours so far, including 24 of the highest civilian awards conferred by various countries. He also noted that several global rating agencies have recognised Modi as a popular and influential leader.
