Modern medical facilities will be available at IGIMS: Nitish

Patna, Feb 8 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that all modern medical facilities would be available at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences ( IGIMS).
After inaugurating the A and B Block of the Hospital with a capacity of 200 beds, constructed at an expenditure of Rs 280 crore, Kumar said on Saturday that it is a prestigious Hospital where all modern facilities would be available for providing better treatment to the patients.
Outlining the steps initiated by his government to improve the medical facilities across the state, Kumar said that the treatment facilities have been improved right from Primary Health Centre up to Medical College Hospitals.

Shillong, Feb 15 (UNI) Meghalaya police arrested two more owners of the illegal rat-hole coal mine where a dynamite blast killed 31 mine workers in Mynsngat-Thangsko area of East Jaintia Hills district, police said on Sunday.
Earnest Swer and Rangsing Syiemlieh alias Mithun were arrested on Saturday after evading police arrest in connection with the deadly coal mine blast on February 5, police said.
