Mizoram celebrates 10th Intl Yoga Day

Aizawl, June 21(UNI) Yoga enthusiasts in the Mizoram capital here joined the celebration of the 10th International Day of Yoga on Friday morning at Hawla Indoor Stadium.
Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati was the chief guest. This year's theme, "Yoga for Self and Society," resonated throughout the gathering.
Chief Secretary Dr. Renu Sharma attended as the guest of honour, emphasising the importance of yoga in achieving a balanced life and reducing stress.
