Mild tremors felt in Northeast India

Shillong, Jan 24 (UNI) India's northeastern states and Bangladesh shook in the wee hours of Friday after a 4.8 magnitude earthquake hit Myanmar, an official said
However, there were no reports of any casualties or damage.
The tremor was felt at 00.53 a.m. with its epicentre in the Myanmar region, said an official of the Regional Seismological Centre in Shillong.
