Kolkata, Sep 7(UNI) Mexico's investment in India remains low owing to the tough rules and regulations imposed by the Indian side, according to the Ambassador of Mexico in India Melba Pria.
'' Indian policies are still very closed compared to Mexico's, which is why not many Mexican companies have been able to access the Indian market, '' she said here on Friday at an interactive session organised by the Bengal Chamber.
" Mexico is a far more open economy, allowing more Indian companies to open their shop there, " she added.
