Meghalaya: KSU apprehends 24 suspected Bangladeshi nationals

Shillong, Aug 14 (UNI) The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) on Wednesday “apprehended” 24 suspected Bangladeshi nationals in Meghalaya’s South West Khasi Hills district near the India-Bangladesh.
The suspected Bangladeshi nationals were later handed over to Meghalaya police .
“These suspects could not produce any valid document to prove their citizenship and so they were nabbed and handed over to the police,” the KSU said in a statement. UNI RRK SSP
