Meghalaya Honeymoon murder case trial to start on Nov 11

Shillong, Nov 10 (UNI) The trial in the murder of Indore-based businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, who was on a honeymoon vacation with his newly-married wife Sonam Raghuvanshi at picturesque Sohra in Meghalaya, will commence from Tuesday at the Session Court here with the examination of the prosecution witnesses.

Special Public Prosecutor for this case, K.C. Gautam said after the charges have been framed against the accused persons under various sections of the BNS, the prosecution witness would be examined before the court on Tuesday.

RMC simplifies birth and death registration process for citizens

The Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) has taken an important step to further simplify, streamline and ensure timely registration of births and deaths within the area. Under the new arrangement, if a birth or death occurs in any hospital located within the municipal limits, citizens can now apply for registration on the spot through the concerned hospital itself.
