Mayo Clinic representatives discuss modern treatment of cancer with Odisha CM

Bhubaneswar, Nov 13 (UNI) The representatives of Mayo Clinic of America and other healthcare research institutions met Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday and discussed the development of the most modern diagnosis and treatment methods in the field of cancer treatment in Odisha.
The discussions revealed that cancer treatment is very costly and uncertain. Along with rapid diagnosis through DNA tests, it can also be known very soon whether a particular treatment method is effective or not.
The representatives were in favour of the implementation of this new method in Odisha. Through this, information can be obtained for diagnosis very quickly, and effective treatment can be provided.
