Man gets 10 yrs RI for repeated rape on minor

Patna, Jun 22 (UNI) A special POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) court awarded 10 years rigorous imprisonment to a man for repeatedly raping a minor girl.
As per the case lodged at Kankarbagh police station in 2019, accused Muhammad Ishtiyak Qureshi of Madrasa Gali, under Kankarbagh police station limit, repeatedly outraged the modesty of the girl since 2010.
Special Judge Kamlesh Chandra Mishra slapped fine of Rs 25,000 on the accused.

Tripura sets up Special Task Force to tackle illegal immigration from Bangladesh, Myanmar
