Man flees from district court after being sentenced for death of wife, daughters

Fatehpur, Nov 8 (UNI) A man accused in the death of his wife and daughters today fled after being sentenced by a court in Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh, police sources said.
Police sources said that the police are searching for him but have yet to arrest him. "The case is being reported to the Additional District Magistrate (ADJ) Court. Inmate Ram Bharose, a resident of Shanti Nagar, Kotwali Police Station, was presented before the ADG Court, where he was sentenced to five years in prison and a fine of Rs 30,000," they said.
Police sources said that upon hearing the verdict, the prisoner suddenly disappeared from the courtroom. "It is reported that on January 30, 2020, Ram Bharose severely beat his wife and four daughters while in an inebriated state, leading to their death,"they said.
