Major fire breaks out at shopping complex in Old City, Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Feb 10 (UNI) A massive fire broke out at a shopping complex in Divandevidi, near Charminar, in the Old City of Hyderabad in the early hours on Monday.
The complex primarily housed clothing stores.
According to police reports, the fire originated on the fourth floor of the building and quickly spread to the third floor. Upon receiving the information, ten fire tenders and police personnel rushed to the spot and worked to contain the flames.
Around 30 shops were gutted in the blaze, resulting in significant property damage. However, no casualties have been reported.
Police are yet to determine the exact cause of the fire.
A case has been registered, and an investigation is currently underway, police added.
