Maha: Young woman kills minor daughter, later commits suicide

Mumbai, Apr 24 (UNI) A 25-year-old woman allegedly strangled her six-year-old daughter to death before committing suicide by hanging herself in their flat in Ghansoli area of neighbouring Navi Mumbai, police said here on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as Priyanka Mahadev Kamble (25) and her daughter Vaishnavi (6).
According to police, the incident is suspected to have been triggered by Priyanka’s deteriorating health and resulting depression. She was reportedly undergoing treatment for high blood pressure.
