Maha: WR introduces 4 more permanent AC chair car coaches for Vande Bharat Express

Mumbai, May 12 (UNI) In an initiative to address passenger demand for the fastest train from Mumbai Central to Gandhinagar in Gujarat, the Western Railway (WR) has introduced four more permanent AC chair car coaches for 20901/20902 Vande Bharat Express, officials said here on Monday.
On one of India’s busiest business routes, the services with added coaches began on May 11 (Sunday).
With this upgrade, the overall capacity of the train running six days a week will be enhanced by 312 seats per journey.
