Mumbai, Feb 10 (UNI) A woman who allegedly slit her husband's throat was arrested by police along with her boyfriend who had allegedly helped her in dumping his body 500 metres from their residence, officials said here on Monday.
The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Malvani police station in Mumbai on Sunday and the Mumbai police control room was informed early this morning that a man’s body was lying with its throat slit in the Soham compound of Malvani area of city.
Thereafter, the local deputy commissioner of police (DCP) pressed multiple teams to solve the case. A police team, while scanning CCTV footage, spotted a woman and a man carrying the body on a two-wheeler.
