Pune, Apr 14 (UNI) The Southern Star Army Wives Welfare Association hosted the ‘ASMITA’ (Dakshini Kathan), a celebration of courage and resilience, at the Rajendra Sinhji Institute, here.
ASMITA serves as a vital platform for courageous army wives to share their stories of triumph over adversity. From overcoming personal challenges to navigating complexities of life as military spouses, these women embody resilience and strength.
Their narratives not only inspire but also encourage others to confront their own obstacles with courage and determination, said a Defence release here on Sunday.

Mumbai, May 13 (UNI) A special CBI court has rejected the discharge plea of a businessman, Premal Goragandhi, facing charges of defrauding the Indian Overseas Bank to the tune of Rs 297.56 crore, a lawyer said here on Tuesday.
While rejecting the plea, the court observed that a man may lie, but circumstances do not.
