Mumbai, Aug 12 (UNI) While achieving the state's goal of becoming one trillion dollar economy, Maharashtra Institute for Transformation (Mitra) should focus on other important sectors such as agriculture, health, education, environment, infrastructure and energy as well, said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Monday.
Presiding over a meeting of the governing body of Mitra held here at his official Varsha bungalow, he said that one trillion dollar economy of Maharashtra will play an important role in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's goal of five trillion dollar economy.
Maharashtra has already achieved the goal of half a million dollar, he informed.
