Maha: Sambhaji Brigade demands high-level probe in Kundmala bridge collapse

Pune, June 17 (UNI) The Sambhaji Brigade on Tuesday demanded that the Maharashtra government should hold a high-level inquiry into the Kundmala bridge accident and suspend inactive officers immediately.
Brigade state spokesperson Santosh Shinde said that innocent people are losing their lives due to the government's mismanagement.
"No matter how many years or days you complain, the government will not come to its senses until people die," he said and sought an explanation as to why a new bridge on the Indrayani river was not built despite approval of Rs five crore for the same.
