Mumbai, Feb 9 (UNI) The Bombay High Court has granted bail to two men arrested last year for their alleged involvement in a plot by the Bishnoi gang to assassinate Bollywood superstar Salman Khan near his farmhouse at Panvel in Navi Mumbai, a lawyer said on Sunday.
Justice N R Borkar granted bail to Gaurav Bhatia, also known as Sandeep Bishnoi, and Waspi Mehmud Khan.
The order was delivered on Friday, but the detailed order has yet to be made avilable.
According to sources in Navi Mumbai Police, the duo, along with other accused individuals, had conducted reconnaissance at multiple locations, including Salman Khan’s Panvel farmhouse, his Bandra residence and various film shooting sites he frequented.
