Maha: Cabinet gives nod for implementation of Dairy Development Project Phase-2 in Vidarbha, Marathwada

Mumbai, Aug 13 (UNI) The Maharashtra Cabinet on Tuesday took many major decisions including to implement the Dairy Development Project Phase-2 to speed up milk production in 19 districts of Vidarbha and Marathwada regions of the state.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, who presided over the meeting, has approved Rs 149 crore for this project.
The total cost of the project is Rs 328.42 crore, out of which Rs 179.16 crore share belongs to farmers and animal husbandry.
