Loser's legal notice: Restrain Mumbai Shiv Sena winner's oath as MP

Mumbai, June 20 (UNI ) Hindu Samaj Party’s nominee Bharat K. Shah, a loser in the recent Lok Sabha elections from Mumbai North West, on Thursday served a legal notice to the Lok Sabha Secretary-General seeking to restrain the Shiv Sena winner Ravindra D. Waikar from taking oath as an MP.

Adv. Asim Sarode sent the legal notice on behalf of Shah - who has now challenged Waikar’s election on various grounds of alleged irregularities in the counting process.
