Lohia launches battery-powered three-wheeler Humsafar IAQ

New Delhi, May 30 (UNI) Expanding its portfolio of battery-powered vehicles, EC firm Lohia announced the launch of the “Humsafar IAQ” three-wheeler on Thursday.
The company said that the new three-wheeler offers a range of 185 KM per charge, making it ideal for last-mile connectivity and short-distance commutes.
"The Humsafar IAQ 3-wheeler is now available at Lohia authorized dealerships pan India. Additionally, we are also planning to increase our dealership network from 100 to 200 to reach more customers and ensure a seamless ownership experience," Lohia said in a media release.
Lohia is the automobile division of Lohia Global. It has diversified operations in various sectors like automobile, handicraft export, real estate, and brass floortile manufacturing among others.
The company has a manufacturing unit based out of Kashipur, Uttrakhand with an annual capacity to produce 100000 units of 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers.
Commenting on the Humsafar IAQ 3-wheeler model, Ayush Lohia, CEO, Lohia stated, "With the supportive government policies and increasing diesel/CNG costs the demand for electric vehicles has surged. Our goal is to introduce the electric vehicle revolution to every corner of the country.”
