LIC agents meet Rahul, protest at Ramlila Maidan

New Delhi, Mar 19 (UNI) Representatives of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) agents on Wednesday met Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and staged a massive protest at the Ramlila Maidan here demanding the government withdraw the recent changes made in the life insurance sector.
A delegation of leaders of four all India unions representing LIC agents met Gandhi in Parliament House and said the government is not doing justice to the agents and instead clamping down on them due to which they are suffering.
He urged Gandhi to put pressure on the government so that the new rules are withdrawn. UNI GNK SSP
