Law and order collapsed as criminals getting protection from government: Tejashwi

Patna, Jan 18 (UNI) Leader of the opposition in Bihar assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Sunday alleged that law and order had collapsed in the state as criminals were getting protection from the government.
Yadav told media persons here that law and order had totally collapsed as criminals were getting protection from the government under rule of NDA. Yadav said that it appeares that government was not sensitive towards safety and security of people of Bihar and they were left at the mercy of God, he added.
"NDA government was voted to power in Bihar after purchasing votes in last state assembly elections held in October -November 2025", Leader of the opposition said adding that government formed on the basis of purchasing votes, could never be responsible for citizens of the state. People were being targeted by criminals at their will, having no fear from law enforcing agencies, he further added.
