KTR slams Rahul Gandhi over ‘MLA Chori’ in Telangana, calls it worse than Vote Chori

Hyderabad, Sep 12 (UNI) BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) today launched a sharp attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of maintaining a “conspiratorial silence” on the large-scale defections of BRS legislators into the Congress party in Telangana.
In a statement here, KTR said while Rahul Gandhi often raises the issue of “Vote Chori” in national politics, he has failed to condemn what he described as “brazen MLA chori” in Telangana.
“Rahul Gandhi should be ashamed of this undemocratic and unconstitutional practice. This is a crime worse than the so-called vote chori he keeps talking about,” KTR alleged.

Lightning strike kills four students, injures three in Kerala’s Malappuram

Kozhikode, May 12 (UNI) Four students died after being struck by lightning, while three others were injured, at Mankada in Kerala’s Malappuram district.
The deceased have been identified as Rahees (20), Vahas (18), Siad (18) and Fahad (19), all natives of Vellila.
Three others were injured and are currently undergoing treatment at the Manjeri Medical College Hospital.
