KSUM to launch WE Grow initiative to nurture women startups

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 26 (UNI) Seeking to give a huge fillip to budding women entrepreneurs in the state, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) will launch WE Grow initiative, a four-month-long incubation programme exclusively for women-led startups.
The programme will stretch from February 25 to June 25.
The hybrid programme aims to elevate women startups from minimum viable product (MVP) to sustainable revenue model by conducting a series of knowledge workshops on validation and refining the business model.
It will also have boot camps and workshops for GTM, fundraising and a final demo day.
The focus stage of the event will feature 30 women startups, preferably from tech-based domains.
It aims to empower women founders with the knowledge, skills, and resources to validate their products, build revenue streams, scale operations, and become investment-ready.
The programme is designed to develop fundraising strategies and investor-ready pitches, access to one-on-one mentorship with experts, network of industry experts and investors and ensuring necessary publicity to the selected women startups in the cohort.
The ‘We Grow’ initiative offers upskilling workshops with practical sessions on sales, marketing, operations, and funding, and a demo day to showcase the startups to investors, corporates, and government stakeholders.
