Mumbai, Apr 22(UNI)Kridhan Infra Ltd said that the Board of Directors of company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have appointed Ms Rajeshree Mishra as

Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ms Mishra will be a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), being a whole time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company from the date of passing of this resolution and upon such terms and conditions, including terms of remuneration as recommended by the Committee.

'Thirty-one-year-old Ms Mishra is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company. She has done Masters in Commerce (M.com) and a Post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) in Finance from Welingkar

Institute, and has over ten years of experience,' a company's statement said.
