Kraya Concepts secures Rs 1 cr funding from ‘Family Cap’ initiative of AID & strategic investors

Nagpur, Oct 16 (UNI) Kraya Concepts Private Limited, a rapidly growing procurement solutions company, has successfully secured Rs 1 crore funding from the ‘Family Cap’ initiative of the Association for Industrial Development (AID) along with participation from external investors, a press release issued by AID said here today.
This investment forms part of Kraya’s ongoing Rs 2 crore fund raising round and includes participation from both existing and new investors underscoring strong confidence in the company’s mission to make procurement processes seamless, intelligent and value driven, the release further said.
The ‘Family Cap’, a startup fund initiative was announced by AID during the 2nd Edition of Advantage Vidarbha in February 2025, in the presence of Nitin Gadkari, union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, and Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
Officially launched as a dedicated platform in May 2025, 'Family Cap' Nagpur aims to create a robust funding ecosystem for emerging entrepreneurs across Vidarbha.
Under this initiative, 50 family offices were set to invest Rs 50 lakh each across 50 promising startups.
Kraya Concepts Pvt. Ltd. has become the first beneficiary of this landmark initiative.
In a significant step to foster regional innovation and economic growth, AID presented a cheque of Rs 50 lakh to Kraya Concepts, handed over by Nitin Gadkari, along with participating 'Family Cap' investors, during an AID function.
The company’s founders, CA Pratik Loya and Dr Swar Gattani, expressed their gratitude to AID for this initiative and investors for their support.
Beyond funding, Kraya Concepts reached another important milestone by onboarding leading industry names as clients.
Haldiram’s and K.S. Cheema Group have entrusted "Kraya" with their procurement processes, validating the company’s innovative approach and market relevance, the release said.
"With this support, we are fully committed to deploying the investment responsibly, scaling with purpose, creating meaningful impact and delivering strong returns," said Ashish Kale, President of the Association for Industrial Development (AID. He also lauded the milestone and commended the investors who came forward to support the "Family Cap" initiative.
He further appreciated Shashikant Choudhary, Convenor of the Startup Sector Cell of AID, for his efforts in successfully bringing together investors on the platform.
Through the "Family Cap" initiative, AID is committed to nurturing innovation, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in Vidarbha and enabling existing industries to upgrade through innovative solutions.
The success of "Kraya Concepts" marks a significant beginning, one that will inspire many more such transformative journeys ahead, the release added.
