Kharge appoints Bhupesh Baghel as Punjab general secretary

New Delhi, Feb 14 (UNI) Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday appointed former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel as general secretary of Punjab and Syed Naseer Hussain of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
According to a statement issued by party general secretary KC Venugopal these appointments have been made with immediate effect.
Besides general secretaries, Kharge also appointed in-charges for several states and Union Territories.
