Kerala’s first head, neck oncology network launched

Kochi, Oct 17 (UNI) In a landmark step for cancer care in Kerala, Aster Medcity has launched the Aster Head & Neck Oncology Network – Kerala Cluster, the first integrated statewide initiative exclusively dedicated to Head and Neck Oncology.
The pioneering program connects multiple Aster hospitals across the state through a technology-driven cancer care network, making it India’s first statewide, structured oncology collaboration.
The initiative, led by Dr. Shawn T. Joseph, Senior Consultant– Head & Neck Oncology, and Program Director – Aster Head & Neck Oncology Network, Kerala Cluster, functions on a hub-and-spoke model with Aster Medcity, Kochi, as the central hub.
