Kerala: Pinarayi Vijayan congratulates Joseph Vijay on becoming TN CM

Thiruvananthapuram, May 10 (UNI) CPI(M) Politburo member and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today extended his heartfelt congratulations to Joseph Vijay on being elected as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
In a congratulatory message, Vijayan said that the mandate given by the people in a democratic system carries immense responsibility and expressed confidence that the trust reposed in Joseph Vijay by the people of Tamil Nadu would be reflected in a government committed to social justice, secularism, and public welfare.
Highlighting the historic relationship between Kerala and Tamil Nadu, he noted that the two neighbouring states share a long tradition of friendship, cooperation and cultural ties.
