Kerala : Ordinary depositors cheated by CPI(M)-controlled Co-operative banks:PM

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 15 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday alleged that ordinary depositors are being cheated by the CPI(M)-controlled cooperative banks in Kerala.
Addressing a BJP rally at Kattakkada in the Attingal Lok Sabha constituency, the Prime Minister said common people, labourers, farmers and women are being
cheated by cooperative banks which are under the control of the CPI(M) leaders in Kerala.
Promising to return the money of depositors by confiscating the assets of wrongdoers, he said the LDF Government, which is engaged in blaming the Centre for its 'self-inflicted bankruptcy', ruined the economy of Kerala.
Blaming that the Chief Minister and his daughter are facing serious corruption allegations, he said the CPM and the Congress leaders lost their credibility.
Alleging that the Left Government was taking credit for all the Central schemes, he said the development programmes introduced by the Centre for the last 10 years were just a trailer.
He also alleged that Varkala and Nedumangad are 'narcotics trade hubs' of Kerala. He also highlighted the BJP’s manifesto offering free treatment for citizens above 70.
