Karnataka BJP chief flays Rahul Gandhi for US remarks

Bengaluru, Sep 10 (UNI) Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Tuesday accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of being "disconnected" from the realities of India following the Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition's statements on Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his US visit.
Responding to Gandhi's claim that the BJP and Modi no longer enjoy public support, Vijayendra referred to the saffron outfit-led NDA's historic third consecutive term and said it speaks volumes about the party’s continued mandate.
"Rahul Gandhi’s statements reveal just how out of touch he is with India’s pulse. To claim that people no longer support BJP or PM Modi is to ignore the massive mandate given to us," Vijayendra asserted in an X post.
